Fred was a devoted family man and generous friend who was always willing to lend a hand to others. Always smiling, Fred had a great sense of humor and a truly infectious laugh.

In addition to his parents, Fred is survived by his incredible wife Debra and four beautiful daughters: Tiffany (Michael), Ashley (Nathan), Kasie (Justin) and Kylie (Josh), two amazing grandchildren: Nicholas and Aubree; his brother Donald (Val) Nowosatka; his sister Colleen Walker; his mother and father-in-law: George and Eunice Silverthorn; his brothers and sisters-in-law: Larry (Judy) Silverthorn, Linda (Robert) Bosco, Brian (Debbie) Silverthorn, Bill Silverthorn, Amy Glazier, as well as many nieces, nephews, loyal friends and his beloved 1951 GMC pick-up, “Old Blue”.

Funeral and Committal services will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 25, 2013 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev.
