Ruth S. Hirt

Hirt, Ruth S. Bay City, Michigan Mrs. Hirt went home to be with her Lord on June 22, 2010 at Bay Shores Nursing Home. Age 87 years. She was born June 1, 1923 in Philadelphia, PA. She is survived by two daughters and two sons-in-law; Marjorie and Vaughn Begick of Bay City, MI and Janice and Gary Lees of Lakeville, MA, two step sons and their spouses; Dave and Emi Hirt of Frederick, MD and Ralph Leonard and Renate Hirt Crescent City, CA, six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, several cousins, sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will take place Friday evening at 8:00 p.m. at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. Paul D. Theiss. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers contributions to St. Paul Lutheran Endowment Fund, McLaren Visiting Nurse and Hospice Service, Bay Shores Nursing Care Center or favored charity and will be available at the funeral home.
