Amy J. Grillo

We are sad to announce Amy passed away Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Henry Ford Hospital with her family by her side. She was born February 8, 1966 in Bay City, Michigan to the late Kenneth and Diane (Pacynski) Mieloch. Amy was a John Glenn Bobcat graduating in 1984. She worked as a server at House of Ing and Krzysiak's House Restaurant. Amy loved to laugh, she found humor in daily life. She was strong, with a "there's always a way" attitude. Most of all, Amy loved and treasured her kids.

Amy is survived by her children, Michael Grillo and Emily Grillo; three siblings, Christine (Shai) Mieloch Brosh, Jennifer Rhew and Jill (Brandon) Krol; best friend, Kellie (Gilman) Schepeler; father of their children, Tim Grillo and many nieces and cousins.

At the request of Amy, cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will take place at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, January 20, 2023 at Gephart Funeral Home with private inurnment taking place at a later date. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, January 20, 2023 at Gephart Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be considered to wishes of the family.
