Anthony "Tony" H. Fournier

Fournier, Anthony H. "Tony" Bay City, Michigan Mr. Fournier passed away suddenly Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at McLaren - Bay Region at the age of 83 years. The son of the late Charles and Eva (Savage) Fournier was born July 21, 1930 in Auburn, Michigan. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, retired as a truck driver from the Teamsters Local # 486 and received a 52 year Safe Drivers Award. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Corrine Fournier, seven children; Marci and Steve Williams, Charlene and Fred Rupp, Michael Fournier, Linda Ondovcsik-Dufy and Craig Duffy, Randy Fournier, Paul Fournier and Lisa and Jon Schroeder, 12 grandchildren, 6 Great grandchildren, one brother; Bernie Fournier and one sister; Rose Pomaville. He was preceded in death by one son; Russell and 7 brothers and sisters. The Funeral Liturgy will take place Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 and Friday from 12:00 to 3:00 and 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. The Vigil for the Deceased will take place Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Fournier will be taken to the church on Saturday to lie in state from 9:00 a.m. and until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial cards for the "Wishes of the Family" will be available at the funeral home.
