Ardeth M. LeTourneau

Ardeth passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at Willows of Okemos at the age of 96. The daughter of the late Theron and Beatrice (Starkey) Smith was born November 10, 1929 in Lapeer, Michigan. Ardeth loved dancing and enjoyed quilting, reading, walking, being out doors and was an avid Red Wings fan. She also enjoyed traveling the world with her husband and being a member of the Eagles of Bay City, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Ardeth is survived by her two children, Michael (Pamela) LeTourneau and Renee (Thomas) Kugler; grandchildren, Melissa LeTourneau, Matthew LeTourneau, Lydia (Alexander) Spiess and Madeline Kugler and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Leo LeTourneau; one sister, Fondah (Otto) Walker and her brother, Bud (Nelda) Smith.

Visitation will take place from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at the Gephart Funeral Home. A private interment will take place at Floral Gardens Cemetery. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to Heart to Heart Hospice.
