Barbara Ann Kelpinski

Barbara passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at the age of 72. The daughter of the late Clarence and Cecelia (Senski) Rhode was born July 6, 1950 in Bay City, Michigan. Barbara retired as a caregiver after many years of service.
Mrs. Kelpinski is survived by her son, Lee Witte Jr., two brothers, Roy (Maryann) Rhode and Eugene (Sharon) Rhode; one sister, Linda Heinlein and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her sister, Geraldine Pedersen and her brother, Robert Rhode.
