Beatrice Alma Price

Price, Beatrice Alma of Bay City, Michigan passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2011 at Brian's House. Age 87 years, she always said that she was going to live till she turned one hundred or die trying. The daughter of the late Floyd and Lula (Force) Draper was born on October 12, 1924 in Junkins, Alberta Canada and moved to Vassar, Michigan when Bea was one year old. Mrs. Price was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, her joy was in the Lord and her family. This is not a life ended but a new life for Bea. She is survived by four children; Susan Kathryn Price, Patricia Ann and Jim Conner, Sandra Lee and Larry Mis and Corbett Henry and Ruth Price, fifteen grandchildren; Johnny Berthiaume, Jacqueline Berthiaume, Catherine Vivian, Tony Berthiaume, Kyle (Genevieve) Berthiaume, Gary (Brenda) Lewis, Melissa (Jim) Ranck, Tim (Colleen) Lewis, Bethany (Mark) Neal, Becky (Bill) Clayton, Curt Anderson, Rod Anderson and his partner Bill Ferguson, Carrie (Jeremy) Austin, Corky (Wendy) Price Jr. and Lina (Steve) Ferrell, thirty one great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren, one sister; Alta Ramey and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded by her husband William Corbett Price in 1991 and they were married fifty one years. She was also preceded in death by one grandchild; Janice Lynn Lewis, two great grandchildren, two brothers and three sisters. A Memorial Service will take place Monday, November 7, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Christ United Methodist Church 4267 Two Mile Road Bay City, MI 48706. Officiating will be Rev. Carol M. Blair-Bouse. At the request of Mrs. Price her body was donated to University of Michigan Medical School Anatomical Gift Program. The family will be present at the church on Monday to receive visitors from 10:00 a.m. and until the time of services.
