Bernice M. Kotewa

Bernice passed away peacefully on Friday, October 14, 2022 at Lincoln Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Community in Lincoln, Michigan at the age of 88. She was born on January 12, 1934 in Bay City, Michigan to the late Carl and Grace (Taitt) Krause.
Bernice is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Bushey; son, Carl Knight; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nephew, Daniel Reuther. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Kotewa; son, Brian Kotewa; granddaughter, Christina Knight, and sister, Karlene Reuther.
Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home with interment to follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery. The family will be present to receive visitors at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the wishes of the family.
