Betty passed away in the early afternoon of Monday, November 12, 2018 at the Toni & Trish House in Auburn, with her son by her side. The daughter of the late Wilbur and Mary (Degarmo) Argabright was born in Ohio on August 10, 1926. She was the co-owner of Perkins Builders & Perkins Manufacturing with her husband. Betty loved going to rummage sales.
Left behind to cherish Betty's memories is her son, Mark (Darby) Perkins; her step son, Harry Perkins Jr.;
her daughter-in-law, Karen Perkins; two grandchildren, Andrea and Drew Perkins; her step grandchildren, Evan Perkins, Jeff Wilson, Bobby Schoof and Stacey (Chad) Forester; one sister, Nina Ingle; her special nephew Don (Carol) Lutz of Ohio and many nieces and nephews in Ohio. In addition to her oparents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Harry A. Perkins Sr.; one step daughter, Pam (Wagner) Anderson; three brothers and one sister. Betty's family would like to extend a special thank you to Golden Horizons Adult Day Care Staff & the Staff of the Toni & Trish House for the kind and compassionate care she received during her time of need.
At the request of Betty cremation has taken place. Private inurnment will take place at Elm Lawn Cemetery. Those planning an expression of sympathy in Betty's memory may wish to consider donations to Golden Horizons Day Adult Day Care or the Toni & Trish House.
