Betty L. Weiss

Ms. Weiss passed away on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at her residence at the age of 65 years. The daughter of the late Roy and Laura (Pfund) Weiss was born February 29, 1956 in Bay City, Michigan. Betty worked for Frito-Lay and was a waitress at the State Lunch. She enjoyed going to the casino, playing pool and bingo.
Betty is survived by her two sisters, Bonnie Weiss and her friend, Don Gillard and Cathy Cann; sister-in-law, Michelle Weiss and her friend, Brad Wilding; nieces and nephews, Joshua (Chasidy) Keyser, Janelle (Bret) Konkel, Tracy Cann and her fiancé, Alex Martinez, Jeremy Cann, Mitch Weiss and Jeramey Bierlein; great nieces, great nephews, step children, aunts and uncles. Betty was preceded in death by her brother, Rick Weiss and her step mother, Maxine Weiss.
Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at St. John's Lutheran Church of Amelith. Officiating will be Pastor Kurt Eichinger with interment following in St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery. Visitation will take place at the Gephart Funeral Home on Tuesday from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial contributions for St. John's Lutheran Church will be available at the funeral home.
