Betty J. Williams

Mrs. Williams passed away Monday, October 25, 2021 at Bay Shores Nursing Home at the age of 98. The daughter of the late Harvey and Mary (Kime) Jackson was born August 25, 1923 in Toledo, Ohio. Betty was a proud member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Eagles #1010 and enjoyed dancing. She worked as a packer for the Lakeside Biscuit Company in Toledo, Ohio, then worked at the Spinning Wheel Bar in Bay City, the Broadway Bar and Decker's Lounge in Midland.
Mrs. Williams is survived by her daughter, Linda (Mike) Smith of Alpena, Michigan; granddaughter, Kimberly (Shelly Boyce) Kukla of Oak Hill, Florida; grandson, Kevin (Ivy) Krauss of Ossineke, Michigan; two great grandchildren, Ariel Krauss and Devon Krauss and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Williams; brother, Clifford Jackson and her sisters, Virginia Spanfellner and Elizabeth McBride.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no services for Mrs. Williams. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the donors favorite charity.
