Beverly J. Paige

Beverly passed away peacefully at Brian's house on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at the age of 91. She was born in Bay City, Michigan on July 4, 1930 to the late Roy Giddings and Ruthy Beffrey. Beverly was a member of the former Christ United Methodist church. She was part of the first graduating class of T.L. Handy High and was very proud of that. Beverly loved gardening, cooking, crocheting and embroidering. She loved her family and grandkids, and enjoyed playing basketball and baseball with them. She was a great cook and had a great sense of humor.
Beverly is survived by her children, Deborah (James) Groke and Danna (David) Gittins; grandchildren, Robert (Shannon) Groke, Sharon (Ken) Tirado, Wesley Gittins, Michael Groke, Linda Heckerthorn and Tony Groke; great grandchildren, Danna Groke and Ariana Groke; special niece and nephew, Devon Carney and Barry (Jody) Bearmann, and several other nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the love of her life, Robert B. Paige whom she married on November 15, 1951. She is also preceded in death by her step-father, Raymond Michael Beffrey; brother, Russell (Kay) Giddings; sisters, Joyce (Pete) Hauer and Roylyn (Harry) Sample.
The family would like to extend a very special thank you to the staff at A&D Home Healthcare and the staff at Brian's House for the taking wonderful care of Beverly.
In honoring the wishes of Beverly, cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will be held with inurnment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery in Kawkawlin, Michigan. Memorial contributions may be made the Brian's House.
