Bobsey J. Morse

Bobsey passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 81. The daughter of the late Harold and Marie (Hoffsetter) Simmons was born January 3, 1943 in Saginaw, Michigan. Bobsey was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and aunt. She enjoyed bowling, golfing, gardening, playing bingo, and outdoor fires. Bobsey loved playing cards with her family, doing crossword puzzles and wordsearches.

Mrs. Morse is survived by her husband of 50 years, Frank M. Morse; three children, Dorene (Patrick) Parent, William Jr. (Diane) Joles and Gwen (Donald Charbonneau; six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one sister, Joan Sattler; two brothers, Harold (Diana) Simmons and Ricky Simmons and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia Betzold and Phyllis Caspers.

At the request of Mrs. Morse, cremation has taken place and no services are being planned at the Gephart Funeral Home. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the wishes of the family.
