Carleen Carol Beaver

Carleen Carol Beaver, born on May 1, 1948, in Bay City, Michigan, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2026, at McLaren Bay Region, surrounded by her loving family.

Carleen was a cherished individual whose remarkable contributions to those around her will not be forgotten. With a great sense of humor and a heart dedicated to helping others, she found joy in her everyday interactions. Her passion for nurturing relationships was especially evident in her role as a beloved grandmother, as she relished spending quality time with her eight grandchildren: Cody (Angela), Kyle, Emily, Michael, Jessie, Julia, Robert, and Jacob; six great grandchildren, Christian, Rowan, Dayton, Michael, Layla, and Odin.

In addition to her family devotion, Carleen had a variety of interests that reflected her kind and productive spirit. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, canning, fishing, and camping, activities that not only brought her joy but also allowed her to share memorable experiences with others.

Carleen is survived by her significant other, Howard Reinhardt; her sons, Bryan (Lisa) Beaver and Tony (Jenny) Beaver; her brother, Mike Hepner; her sister, Mary (Charles) Bassett; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends who will undoubtedly miss her greatly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Lillian (Barringer) Hepner; her son, Rodney Allen; her ex-husband, Doug Beaver; three brothers, Don, Larry, and John; and her dog, Sammy.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. at Gephart Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Charles Campbell. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be considered to wishes of the family.
