Chad passed away, Monday, August 19, 2024 at his home with his family by his side at the age of 63. He was born in Bay City, Michigan on January 25, 1961. Chad enjoyed golfing, playing pool and spending time with his, dogs and grandson.
At the request of Chad, Cremation has taken place and no services will take place at this time. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be considered to wishes of the family.
