Chris W. Perez

Chris W. Perez, of Bay City, Michigan, passed away Sunday, October 30, 2011 at Bay Regional Medical Center. Age 44 years. He was born November 16, 1966 in Saginaw, Michigan. Chris was a 1986 graduate of T.L. Handy High School, enjoyed fishing, loved life and most of all enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife Jennifer L. Perez, six children; Chris Perez, Anthony Perez, Jacklyn Perez, Dominic Perez, Nathan Perez and Matthew Orr, one grandson; Junior Perez, his mother; Shari Perez, one brother; Benny Perez, two sisters; Toni ((Matthew) Greenwood and Alice Perez, seven half brothers and sisters and many niece, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his father; Bernardino Perez Funeral services will take place Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. David L. Dunn with interment following in Green Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. and until the time of service. Memorial cards for the wishes of the family will be available at the funeral home.
