Christopher John Masters

Masters, Christopher John of Bay City, Michigan passed away at his home Tuesday, April 17, 2012 with Susan at his side. Age 53 years. The son of Ronald A. and the late Alice L. (Gregory) Masters was born April 25, 1958 in Bay City. He was a member of the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local # 1 of Michigan and was employed as a journeyman ceramic tile installer. Chris enjoyed spending time at his cabin in Tawas City, fishing, boating, music and had a love for animals especially his dogs and cats. Chris is survived by his loving companion of twenty years Susan M. Huggard, his father; Ronald A. Masters Sr. and his special friend; Marie Bush of Bay City, two brothers and one sister-in-law; Marty Masters of Bay City and Ronald A. and Laura Masters Jr. of Beaverton, one nephew and two nieces; Ryan Masters and his fiancée Stephanie, Mallory Masters, Jillian and Michael Bednarski, one great niece; Ava Bednarski and Sue's parents; Cal and Jean Willett of Bay City. He was preceded in death by his mother; Alice Lorraine Masters on August 3, 1991. The Family will receive visitors at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Saturday April 21, 2012from 1:00 to 7:00. Cremation will take place following the visitation and inurnment will take in Oak Ridge Cemetery. For those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a memorial to Heartland Hospice.
