Connie Louise Blackburn

Connie passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, November 24, 2025 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 68. She was born on July 15, 1957 to the late Riley and Dolly (Haas) Lutz in Saginaw, Michigan. She loved playing bingo, listening to Elton John and spending time with her grandchildren.

Connie is survived by her husband of 46 years, Danny Blackburn; daughters, Rachel (Paul) Neumann and Erin (James) Green; grandchildren, Jaycob, Aubri, Jorden and Ava Lydic, Dominique and Connor Green; siblings, Donna (Daryl) Hartung, Riley Lutz Jr. and Ruby (Kevin) Smith; brother-in-law, Mark Venema and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Dianna Venema.

In honoring the wishes of Connie, cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be announced at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wishes of the Family.
