Craig Allan Pelletier

Craig Allan Pelletier, 46, of Wake Forest, North Carolina, was truly one of the good ones.  A remarkable son, father, husband, brother, and friend who passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 17th, 2022.  Craig was born in Bay City, Michigan on October 21, 1975 and graduated from Michigan Tech University with an electrical engineering degree.  He relocated to North Carolina for a job with Alcatel (currently Nokia), the company he continued to work for the past 22 years.
It was during his time at Michigan Tech that he joined the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, cementing lifelong friendships.  He was known for making the good times even better.  He was a fiercely loyal friend that never gave a second thought to time or distance.
He married his genuine soul mate, Amy (Mesko) Pelletier, after college and proved to be the devoted, loving husband he promised.  Their three little girls were his whole world.  Being there for them as long as he could was his silent motivation to continue a harrowing 13 year battle with cancer.  He underwent countless grueling treatments without anger or self-pity. His illness took his life too soon but it never took his sense of humor, unwavering selflessness, or heart of gold.
Craig Pelletier was the true standard of grace and integrity and he will be missed beyond words.
Craig is survived by his wife of 17 years, Amy Mesko Pelletier; daughters, Ava Elizabeth, Evelyn Rose and Violet Marie; parents, Terry & Lori Pelletier of Bay City, MI; sister, Carrie Petersen & husband, Joshua of Kalamazoo, MI; mother-in-law, Pat Mesko of Wake Forest; brothers-in-law, Lt. Col. Matt Mesko & wife Caroline of Germany and Jeff Mesko & wife Lisa of Manchester, MI; niece & nephews, Harper Petersen, Asher, Benjamin, & Jude Mesko and Franklin & Rutherford Mesko; extended family and friends.
