Dave A. Goss

Dave passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at his residence with his family by his side. He was born on December 30, 1947 in Bay City to the late Harold and Ermine (Warren) Goss. He married the former Betty J. Knight on August 15, 1969 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida and they were married for 53 years. Dave retired in 2004 after 10 years of being a massage therapist. Before that he worked as a commercial artist in Florida for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed photography and spending time with his family and friends.
Dave is survived by his wife, Betty; children, Derick (Lee) Goss, Marcy Garcea and Lucas Goss; grandchildren, Andrew, Tristen, DJ, Tyler, Kaitlyn, Quinten, Nia, Brady and Nolan; great grandchildren, Brooklyn and one on the way; sister, Janet Curtis and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his many siblings.
Per Dave's wishes cremation has taken place, a memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at North Euclid Church of God. Officiating will be Pastor Chris Slosser. Friends and family can visit at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Contributions may be made to the wishes of the family.
