David Allen Douglas

Dave passed away May 8, 2023 at his home with his family by his side at the age of 59. He was born in Bay City, Michigan to the late Robert and Sharon (Dummer) Douglas on March 12, 1964. Dave was a devoted member of St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church. He enjoyed going to the casino where he would play the slots, bingo, dice and cards. Most of all, Dave loved spending time with his family.

Dave is survived by his brother, Kevin Douglas of Bay City, Michigan; nephew, Landen Senk of Saginaw, Michigan; niece, Lindsey Senk of Bay City, Michigan; great nieces and nephews, Kavrion, Camyla, and Brooklyn; aunts and uncles, James (Judy) Dummer, Tome (Faye) Jacobs, Stu (Cheryl) Douglas, Albert Douglas and Mavis (Bob) Bercaw; special friend JoAnne. In addition to his parents, Dave is preceded in death by his sister, Beth Senk and Aunt, Katie Douglas.

Funeral Service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at the Gephart Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Paul Schawe with private interment at Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be considered to St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church.
