David A. "Davey" Holzwart

Holzwart, David A. "Davey" Bay City, Michigan The son of Adolph H. and the late G. Louise Holzwart passed away peacefully Saturday evening May 29, 2010 at his residence. Age 44 years. He was born January 27, 1966 in Bay City and has resided here all of his life. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, attended Faith Lutheran School and graduated from John Glenn High School. David was employed at New Dimensions Inc., enjoyed bowling, playing pool and walking. He is survived by his father Adolph H. Holzwart of Bay City, one brother; Tim Holzwart of Muskegon, one niece, Tessa Holzwart of New Era, MI and one aunt; Eileen Ostrander of Marysville, MI. Funeral Services will take place Friday, June 4, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church 3033 E. Wilder Road. Officiating will be Rev. Daniel C. Meckes with interment following in Oak Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Thursday from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.. David will be taken to the church on Friday to lie in state from 12:00 noon and until the time of services. Memorial cards for Faith Lutheran Church will be available at the funeral home.
