David Matthew Nelson, Jr.

Mr. Nelson passed away April 28, 2010 at Bay Medical Center. Age 47 years. He was born October 11, 1962 in Newberry, Michigan. He is survived by his father; David Matthew Nelson Sr., one daughter, four sisters; Linda (William) Liptak, Lisa Russell, April Nelson, Victoria Collins, his nephew; Shawn David Nelson, Nicole Collins. He was preceded in death by his mother; Diane Mary (Lee) Nelson. Funeral and Committal Services will take place Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. with private interment in Riverside Cemetery in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday 1:00 p.m. until the time of services.
