David Bennett Parkhurst

Mr. Parkhurst passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at the Carriage House at the age of 66. He was born April 25, 1955 in Bay City, Michigan. David was an installation specialist for Horner Equipment Company and RW Mercers Co., a consummate woodworker and a stained-glass artist. David also enjoyed fishing and football, especially watching the Detroit Lions.
Mr. Parkhurst is survived by his two brothers, Steven (Connie) Parkhurst and Daniel (Rhonda) Parkhurst; two sisters, Susan (John) Kunish and Joy Lynn Wiesen; mother, Mary Ann Wiesen; aunts, uncle and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews; special cousin, Wendy Casault. David was preceded in death by his father, Frank Parkhurst and his good friend and cousin, Craig DeMontigny.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no services at the Gephart Funeral Home. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the donor's favorite charity.
