David "Smokey" Miller

Miller, David "Smokey" Bay City, Michigan Smokey passed away Monday, May 24, 2010. Age 53 years. He was born November 29, 1956 in San Antonio, Texas. "It was all about the music, music was his life". Smokey is survived by one son, Michael VanParis; two brothers, Bruce LaFrance and Steve Rice. He was preceded in death by his mother, Louise Miller. At the request of Mr. Miller cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 4, 2010 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Rev. David L. Dunn. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Friday from 5:00 p.m. and until the time of services. Memorials for the wishes of the family will be available at the funeral home.
