Debra S. Lijewski "Deb"

Debra passed away on Thursday January 26, 2023 with her family by her side at the age of 66. Debra was born on January 8, 1957 to Robert and Mary (Behmlander) Hemingway in Bay City, Michigan. Debra was a longtime member of St. Catherine of Siena Parish - St. Vincent de Paul. She enjoyed scrapbooking, reading, camping and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Debra is survived by her daughter, Stephanie (Robert) Voltz; sons, Dan (Heather) and Andrew (Maggie) Lijewski; grandchildren, Connor and Calee Lijewski, Tyler and Allie Voltz, Hudson and Maren Lijewski; father, Robert Hemingway; brothers, Mike (Jackie) Hemingway, Randy (LeeAnn) Hemingway, Harold (Bev) Hemingway and many nieces and nephews. Debra is preceded in death by her husband, James Lijewski; mother, Mary (Behmlander) Hemingway and brother, Mark Hemingway.

Funeral Service and Rite of Committal will take place at 11:00 a.m. at St. Catherine of Siena Parish - St. Vincent de Paul on Tuesday, January 31, 2023. Friends may visit with the family on Monday January 30, 2023 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Gephart Funeral Home. The Vigil for the Deceased will take place on Monday at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home and will be led by Lee Austin.  Debra will be taken to the church on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 to lie in state from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
