Dennis Richard Dishaw

Dennis passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at the age of 74. The son of the late Richard and Annabelle (Zink) Dishaw was born June 4, 1951 in Bay City, Michigan. Dennis was a member of Mt. Olive Ev. Lutheran Church and was retired from General Motors. In his spare time, Dennis enjoyed doing welding projects.

Dennis is survived by his wife of 48 years, Bethany Dishaw; two sons, Jason Dishaw and Bradley Dishaw; two brothers, Michael (Debra) Dishaw and Lawrence (Kathy) Dishaw and many other family members and friends.

A memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 22, 2025 at Mt. Olive Ev. Lutheran Church. Officiating will be Pastor Zach Steinke. Visitation will take place on Sunday, December 21, 2025 at the Gephart Funeral Home from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. and on Monday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to Mt. Olive Ev. Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society.
