Diane passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 73. The daughter of the late Alex and Edna (Zink) Talaga was born August 13, 1949 in Bay City, Michigan. Diane was involved for many years with the Bay City Fireworks Festival, she enjoyed traveling, painting ceramic figurines, volunteering in her children’s activities, watching her grandchildren play sports, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Diane is survived by her husband of 31 years, Douglas M. Clark; son, Jeff (Shawna) Buda; daughter, Christine Hennard; three grandchildren, Ryan Boks and his girlfriend, Audrey, Abigail Buda and Alyssa Hennard; brother, Rodger (Pam) Talaga; sister-in-law, Resi Talaga; two brothers-in-law, Russell (Lori) Clark and Joseph (Maggie) Clark and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her brother, Bernie Talaga; sister, Charlene (Bob) Hupert and her son-in-law, Brian Hennard.

Funeral and committal service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 24, 2023 at the Gephart Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Charles Campbell. Visitation will take place on Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. Memorial cards for the Bay City Fireworks Festival will be available at the funeral home.
