Dorothy Bea (Langford) Dixon

Mrs. Dixon passed away on Friday, June 29, 2018 at Huron Woods Nursing Home. Age 85 years. The daughter of the late Guy and Delia (Bixby) Langford was born May 11, 1933 in St. Charles, Michigan. Mrs. Dixon worked for Kresge's until they closed and then worked for K-Mart until her retirement.

Mrs. Dixon is survived by five loving children, Randi (William) Patteen of Beaverton, Norman Dixon, Sueanne (Donald) Niemiec, Darleen (Allen) VanOchten and Deborah Dixon all of Bay City; nine grandchildren, William (April) Patteen, Matthew (Kim) Patteen, Stephany VanOchten, Melissa Dixon, Eric (Alisha) Niemiec, Aaron Niemiec, Tiffany (Chad) Dutton, Michael Dixon-Russell and Kati VanOchten; twelve great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Huron Woods Nursing Home for their compassion and care and to Craig Kostus for all of his love and support that he gave to the family.

At the request of Mrs. Dixon cremation has taken place and there will be no services at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. A private inurnment will take place at a later date in Floral Gardens Cemetery. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the wishes of the family.
