Dorothy "Dot" E. Phillips

Mrs. Phillips passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018 at her residence. Age 86 years. The daughter of the late William and Jenny (Knapp) Horen was born August 4, 1931 in Tawas, Michigan. Mrs. Phillips was a member of the Red Hats and enjoyed bowling, water aerobics, having lunch with the girls on Wednesday's, but most of all spending time with her family.

Mrs. Phillips is survived by her two children, Timothy Phillips and Shari (Steve) Morse; four grandchildren, Heidi Phillips, Brian (Amy) Phillips, Kris (Kellie) Mosher and Tiffany Mosher; eight great grandchildren, Nicole Phillips, Allie Reil, Kayla Phillips, Brenden Phillips, Andrew Phillips, Brooklynn Mosher, Connor Mosher and Nolan Dinsmore; one sister, Bobbie Fetter and one brother, Chuck Horen. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Clare Phillips.

At the request of Mrs. Phillips cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at St. Alban's Episcopal Church. Officiating will be The Rev. Nancy Mayhew. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services.
