Dusty passed away on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at Spectrum Health-Blodget Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan, at the age of 65. The son of the late Delmar "Tweet" and Jeaneva (Bordeau) Zube was born June 1, 1956 in Bay City, Michigan. Dusty worked for many years as a floor covering installer. He enjoyed going to the casino, playing cards and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Left to cherish his memories are his daughters, Dana (Shan Basford) Zube of Grand Rapid, MI and Stacy (Gregory) Willis of Muncie, IN;4 grandchildren, Marie Dunkle, Amanda Winson, Leon and Justin Willis; 2 great grandchildren, Ember Leonard and Grace Denton; his sisters, Pamela Hedtke of Frisco, TX; Karen (Stephen) Rolen of Benton, AR and Mary Ellen (Terry Hasse) Gies of Canton, MI; his brother, Duff Zube of Bay City, MI. In addition to his parent's he was preceded in death by his brother, Zackery Zube; his grandparents, William and Sophia Zube and Charles and Mary Louise Bordeau and his brother-in-law, Terry Hedtke.
At the request of Dusty cremation has taken place. A graveside memorial service will take place later this summer at Seamans Cemetery in Bay City.
