Mr. Whyte passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at Brian's House after a long battle with COPD. Age 60 years. Earl was born November 26, 1949 in Bay City Michigan and has resided here all of his life. He was a kind man with a gentle spirit, known affectionately as "Uncle Earl" He loved to laugh, sing, write poetry and visit with his friends as the Opportunity Center (Touchstone Services). Surviving are his siblings; E.J. (Eugenia) Whyte III, Mary Ellen (Ned) Nossaman, Vicki (Jim) Barcia, Pete (Chris) Whyte, Mike (Vanessa) Whyte, many nieces and nephews and his trusted friend, his doctor, Dr. Doug Foster whose care and compassion throughout the years enriched his entire life and the lives of his family. He was preceded in death by both his wife, Cheryl and his daughter, Charity in 2001. We wish eternal peace and joy to our unique Earl as he reunites with Cheryl and Charity who were the loves of his life.
