Elaine M. Petrimoulx

Elaine passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 94. The daughter of the late Joseph and Blanche (Roberge) McNally was born October 12, 1929 in Kawkawlin, Michigan. Elaine was a member of Corpus Christi Parish. She had a wonderful childhood growing up on the family farm, where she enjoyed planting and gardening. She also enjoyed playing cards, watching game shows, reading about history, and spending time at the family cabin on Gaylanta Lake with her family and friends. Elaine was proud that she always kept a good house and took care of her mother and husband in her home for many years. She had a strong faith and was generous and loving to her many friends and family members.

Elaine is survived by her four children, Harold “Butch” (Nancy) Petrimoulx, Connie (Michael) Halloran, Judy (Dean) Gibson, and Blanche (William) Badour; seven grandchildren, Kerry (John) Proctor, Caitlin Halloran, Katherine (Sam) Easter, Kyle Halloran, Ashley Badour, Nicole Badour, and Billy Badour, and his significant other, Haley Bell; three great grandchildren, Fiona Proctor, Delaney Proctor, and Theodore Easter; brother, Melvin (Kay) McNally; her two dear friends who were prominent in her life, Kevin Schweinsberg and Cathy Bloomfield; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and godchildren. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Harold Petrimoulx, and her brother, Leonard McNally.

Memorial Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at Corpus Christi Parish with a luncheon to follow and a private inurnment in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will take place at Corpus Christi Parish on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions for Corpus Christi Parish will be available at the church.
