Elayne M. Leske

Elayne passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at the Carriage House Nursing Home in Bay City at the age of 86. She was born on August 11, 1938 in Bay City, Michigan. She loved doing crafts, especially diamond dotting and plastic canvases. She enjoyed gardening, going camping and spoiling her grandson. She took care of the neighborhood kids and would offer help to anyone in need.

Elayne is survived by her son, Walt “Denny” Leske; grandson, Blake Leske; sister-in-law’s, Shan, Mouse and Karen Leske and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walt Leske; brother, Jim Meschke; sister, Geraldine Gavord and numerous in-laws’.

Visitation for Elayne will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at Gephart Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with interment to follow at Floral Gardens Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wishes of the Family.
