Mrs. Valley passed away Saturday, April 12, 2014 at St. Rose Dominican Hospital in Henderson, Nevada at the age of 91 years. She was born November 1, 1922 in Beallsville, Ohio. She was a former member of Trinity Episcopal Church and attended The Church of Christ. Frances had a great love for her family, she especially enjoyed   spending time with and caring for her grandchildren.
She is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law; William and Linda Valley and Charles Valley, one son-in-law; Gary Soltys, her loving grandchildren and great grandchildren, two sisters and two brothers-in-law; Moynell and Harvey Pfeiffer and Lila and Henry Figueroa and many special nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; Glenn Valley two daughters Gloria Moore and Sue Soltys and her parents; John and Vera (Pugh) Gallaher.
Funeral Services will take place Monday April 21, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be her brother-in-law Harvey L. Pfeiffer with interment following in Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Monday from 10:00 a.m. and until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a memorial to the Food Bank or a charity of their choice.
