Cotter, Genevieve C. "Gen-Genny" Bay City, Michigan Genny passed away early Thursday morning, June 21, 2012 at her residence at the age of 89 years. The daughter of the late Edward and Alice (LaRoche) Fox was born August 20, 1922 in Alpena, MI. She enjoyed bowling, playing bingo and gardening. She is survived by her children and their spouses; Dixie and Jim Gunther, Larry and Kathy Osterhout, Linda and Stuart Baird, Alan and Deb Osterhout and Kay and Dan Gotham, eleven grandchildren, two step grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, her special niece and nephew; Carol and Lee, special friends and bingo buddies; Alice and Audrey. At the request of Genny there will be no services or visitation at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc.
