Harvey Kip Snell

Kip passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at Covenant HealthCare – Cooper at the age of 65. The son of the late Harvey and Patricia (Rock) Snell was born July 19, 1957 in Flint, Michigan. Kip was retired from General Motors after 32 years of service. He enjoyed sports, the Detroit Lions, watching westerns, especially Gunsmoke, hunting, fishing, the outdoors, rides in the woods and scratching lottery tickets.

Kip is survived by his twin daughters, Isabelle Snell and Ava Snell; step daughter, Megan (Alex) Rezler; two sisters, Teresa Keeler and Anggie (Gary) Shank; two special nephews, Chase and Carson; former wife and friend, Connie Snell and many other nieces, nephews and granddaughters. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his brother, Michael B. Snell.

A memorial service will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 17, 2023 at the Gephart Funeral Home. Officiating will be Pastor Kellie French. Visitation will take place from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service. Memorial cards for the wishes of the family will be available at the funeral home.
