James A. Krzysiak

Mr. Krzysiak passed away with his family by his side on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at Covenant HealthCare - Cooper at the age of 82. The son of the late Frank and Lucy (Golembski) Krzysiak was born July 27, 1940 in Saginaw, Michigan. James was a mechanical engineer for Newcor, RWC, B&K Corporation and Wright K Corporation. James enjoyed day trading in the stock market, taking his family to Leland, Michigan every summer, snow birding to Naples, Florida and his coffee clutch at Krzysiak's Restaurant, but most of all he loved watching his children and grandchildren play sports, especially baseball.
Mr. Krzysiak is survived by his two sons, Mark (Rebecca) Krzysiak and Paul (Felixa) Krzysiak; ex-wife and caregiver, Ann Houghtaling; four grandchildren, Kaitlin, Brody and Brock Krzysiak and Lexxie Panico Mis; sister, Mary Canfield; sister-in-law, Lois Krzysiak and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his four brothers, Frank Krzysiak Jr., Raymond Krzysiak, William Krzysiak and Don Krzysiak Sr.; two sisters, Rose Wiedyk and Eleanor Horner and two brothers-in-law, Sam Wiedyk and Jim Horner.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Covenant HealthCare - Cooper for their compassion and care that they gave to James.
Funeral Liturgy will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Corpus Christi Parish. Private Interment will take place at St. Patrick Cemetery. Visitation will take place at Corpus Christi Parish on Saturday, November 12, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. Memorial cards for Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan will be available at the church.
