James passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Saginaw Senior Care and Rehab Center at the age of 70. James was born in Bay City on February 19, 1948 to the late Floyd and Helen (Schair) Ruse. James proudly served his country in the United States Army.Per James's wishes no services will be held and private burial will take place in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Michigan.
