Jane E. Poyer

Mrs. Poyer passed away at Red Oaks Adult Foster Care on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at the age of 72. The daughter of the late Morris and Elizabeth "Lizzie" (Schark) Peck was born February 13, 1949 in Bay City, Michigan. Mrs. Poyer was retired from Bay Medical Center as a x-ray tech and was a tax preparer. She enjoyed playing the piano, reading, sewing, loved animals, cats and spending time with her family.
Mrs. Poyer is survived by her son, Robert (Kelly) Andress; daughter, Angela (Stewart) Clark; grandchildren, Amanda (Patrick) Bostwick, Katie (David) Albertson, Abby Clark, Lizzy Clark, Amber Neumeyer, Annie Marshall, Robbie Andress, Trisha Mullins, Ashley Mullins, Alan Andress, Samantha Andress, Stephanie Sage, Kaycie and Curtis Mullins; several great grandchildren; brother, Gregory (Deb) Peck; sister, Shirley Pincumbe and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Poyer; brother, Kenneth Peck and her brother-in-law, Stewart Pincumbe.
A memorial service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at the Gephart Funeral Home. Officiating will be Pastor Dennis W. Matyas. Private inurnment will take place at Oak Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorials for the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or the wishes of the family.
