Jane M. Primeau

Jane passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at Sheffield Bay Assisted Living, surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 77. She was born on December 9, 1948, in Akron, Ohio, to the late William and Nancy (Drury) Yant.

Jane found great joy in traveling, gardening, hunting, and participating in craft shows and dog obedience shows. Above all, she treasured the time she spent with her family, creating countless memories that will be cherished for years to come.

She is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband of 56 years, Wilfred Primeau II; her son, Wilfred (Dawn) Primeau III; her beloved grandchildren, Alexandria L. Primeau; her brother, David (Sarah) Yant; as well as many dear friends whose lives she touched.

In accordance with Jane's wishes, cremation has taken place. A private burial will be held at Fremont Cemetery at a later date.
