Jeffrey Karl Hockemeyer

Jeff passed away peacefully at his home with his wife and family at his side on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at the age of 63. Jeff was born on April 28, 1963 to Jim and Linda (Phillips) Hockemeyer, he married the former, Cindy Ferris on October 11, 2013 and they spent many wonderful and loving years together. Jeff enjoyed a life full of hobbies, such as hunting, fishing, woodworking in his garage, shooting pool and playing poker with his friends and spending time with his ever-growing family.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Cindy; five children, Jamie (Stacy) Hockemeyer, Rory W. (Samantha) Dinsmore, Robby J. (Kari) Dinsmore, Buddy Harris and Courtney (Lawrence) Colbert; eleven grandchildren that were very special to “Their Papa”; his siblings, Kimberly (Joseph) Retell, Jennifer Richardson, Steven (Shanna) Hockemeyer, Curt (Christine) Hockemeyer, Sheryl (Kevin) Wolfe and Heather Gillespie; brother-in-law, Tim (Kelly) Ferris; sister-in-law, Jenny (Aaron) Brooks and many nieces, nephews and friends.

At the request of Jeff, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. Those planning an expression of sympathy, may wish to consider sending flowers to Cindy.
