Joyce Lavern Bickel

Joyce passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023 at Harbor Beach Community Hospital at the age of 71. The daughter of the late Vernon and Winifred (Cramer) Andrews was born March 8, 1952 in Melrose, Massachusetts. Joyce enjoyed sewing, embroidery, nature and reading, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

Joyce is survived by her daughter, Faith (Kurt) Booms; grandson, Xavier Booms; son, Michael (Jacqueline) McKinnies and his family.

Funeral and Committal services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at the Gephart Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Charles Campbell. Private interment will take place in Oak Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial cards for family wishes will be available at the funeral home.
