Joyce V. Wells

Joyce passed away, Monday, September 25, 2023 at her home with her family by her side at the age of 63. She was born In Bay City Michigan on January 4, 1960 to the late Virgil and Betty (Snyder) Julian. Joyce enjoyed the outdoors, doing crafts and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Joyce is survived by her husband of 46 years, Amos Wells Jr.; children, Kerry (Michael) Doyen, Andrew (Melissa) Wells and Jason (Megan) Wells; twelve grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sisters, Wendy Guthrie, Trudy Metevia and Becky Gaff; best friends, JoAnn and Paris. In addition to her parents, Joyce is preceded in death by her sisters, Patsy Smith, Betty Pierce, Virginia Adamczyk, Margaret Greenlaw and Dallas Julian.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Holly and the rest of Promedica Hospice for the outstanding care they provided Joyce.
A funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Gephart Funeral Home. Officiating will be Laurie Dorre and Rev. Sterling Brooks with cremation following. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, September 30, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Gephart Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be considered to wishes of the family.
