Kelly VanWert

Kelly passed away on Sunday, July 27, 2025 at Covenant HealthCare-Cooper surrounded by her family at the age of 65. The daughter of the late Robert and Virginia (Sutter) Adcock was born June 21, 1960 in Bay City, Michigan. Kelly and her late husband Tim, were the founders of VanWert Glass & Accessories, she loved taking care of people and most of all spending time with her family.

Kelly is survived by her three sons, Andrew (Kaylin) VanWert, Aaron (Candice) VanWert and Adam (Jolie) VanWert; eleven grandchildren, Rick, Alex, Madison, Thaden, Angel, Colin, Westin, Silas, Reign, Titus and Adaline; one great granddaughter, Sakari; her beloved dog, Bentley; close friend of the family, John Murray; one brother, Robert (Margaret) Adcock and her sister, Merrily (Tom) Pritchard. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Tim VanWert; brother, Rick Adcock and her two nephews, Tommy Pritchard and Robert A. Adcock Jr.

At the request of Kelly, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life is being planned for a later date. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer Research.
