Laurie Grace Herbert

Mrs. Herbert passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at her home with her family by her side at the age of 72. Laurie was born in Bay City, Michigan on February 8, 1950 to the late Frederic and Pearl (Gerard) McLellan. She was a devoted member of Holy Trinity Church for over 40 years. Laurie enjoyed feeding birds, going for walks, gardening, camping, and spending time with her family.

Laurie is survived by her husband of 45 years, David Herbert; daughter, Sara (Joseph) Coll; granddaughter, Skylar Coll; siblings, Anne McLellan, John (Suanne) McLellan and many cousins. In addition to her parents, Laurie is preceded in death by her siblings, Michael McLellan, Patrick (Patricia) McLellan and Nora McLellan.

At the request of Laurie, Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Mass will take place Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at Corpus Christi Parish-Holy Trinity Church at 11:00 a.m. Friends may visit with the family at the church on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be considered to the American Cancer Society.
