Lewis Gerard Clark

Lewis Gerard Clark, age 53, passed away at his home, June 12, 2021. He was born June 21, 1967 in Parma, Ohio. The son of Cynthia (Hudy) Clark and the late Lewis E. Clark. He graduated from Western high school. His favorite thing was fishing and working with his hands.

He is survived by his daughter, Courtney Lee Clark (Greg Schmidt) and their son, Wylee; grandchildren, Brayden, Emma and Hunter Schmidt; mother, Cynthia, brothers, Shawn and Joel; nephews and nieces, Grace, and Aiden; his godmother, and aunt, Nancy Blankschaen; and aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Lewis E. Clark; grandparents, Russell and Gertrude Clark, Albert and Viola Hudy; uncle, Norman; aunt, Wanda Clark, uncle, James Clark and uncle, Allen Pawlowski.

Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at Gephart Funeral Home. Officiating will be Jane Grzegorczyk with private interment  at St. Patrick's Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home. Donations may be considered to the wishes of the family.
