Lillian T. Foley

Lillian Foley passed away on April 25, 2023 at Union Court Assisted Living in St. Charles at the age of 93. The daughter of the late Emmett and Alice (Orr) Foley was born April 22, 1930 in Bay City, Michigan. Lillian was a member of Our Lady of Peace Parish and was retired from Federals Department Store as an office manager. She was proud of her Irish heritage and enjoyed bowling, yardwork, planting flowers and spending time with her grandchildren.

Lillian is survived by her four children, Brian (Alna) Gallagher, Patricia (Gregg) Lambert, Kelly (Michael) Reed and Steven (Debra) Gallagher; five grandchildren, Britney (Michael) Mlostek, Michael Patrick Reed, Kathleen (Nick) Ratajczak, Briana (Jaye) Kudrow and Keely Gallagher; four great grandchildren, Paige Knapp, MJ Brooks, Gemma Mlostek and Jack Mlostek; one sister, Mary Alice Monti and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her daughter, Molly Gallagher; granddaughter, Molly Lambert and three sisters, Kathleen Fortsch, Patricia Browning and Joan Barrett.

A memorial Mass will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 28, 2023 at Our Lady of Peace Parish. Private inurnment will take place at a later date in St. Patrick Cemetery. Visitation will take place at Our Lady of Peace Parish on Friday, April 28, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. Memorial cards for the wishes of the family will be available at the church.
