Linda Sue Humphrey

Linda passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 68. She was born on September 3, 1955 to the late Richard and Georgia (Branche) Lamb in Toledo, Ohio. She graduated from Gwinn High School in 1972. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved giving advice to others and wanted the best for everyone, she had such a caring heart. Linda enjoyed bowling, playing bingo, playing cards and loved watching sci-fi movies and shows. She loved watching Game of Thrones with her husband every Thursday night and playing computer games with him as well. She also loved her grandchildren and her animals, especially Kong Kong, Sadie-Lyn and TT. She was an outstanding cook and enjoyed watching many sports.

Linda is survived by her husband of 31 years, Mark Humphrey, whom she married on July 2, 1993; daughter, Lisa Stumpfig; step-children, Mark (Heather) Humphrey Jr. and Patricia (Kenneth) Biskner; grandchildren, Zeus Watts, Blaize Roberts, Calder Roberts, Dylan Humphrey, Cameron Humphrey, Lauren Biskner, Lazarus Biskner and Leigha Biskner; siblings, Reba M. Kaetzel, Patrick B. (Sharon) Lamb and Sharon J. (Steve) Roslund, several nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Kelly (Thomas) Wilber and brother-in-law’s, Steve Humphrey and John Shaver. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Lee Alan Roberts, granddaughter, Lathesia Gilyard; and brother-in-law, James Kaetzel.

Memorial Service for Linda will take place on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Crossway Christian Church. Officiating will be Pastor Doug Wallaker. The family will be present to receive visitors at the Church on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
