Linda Kay Piechowiak

Linda Piechowiak passed away peacefully on Friday, October 2, 2026, at Covenant Hospital with her loving family by her side at the age of 66. She was born on January 1, 1960, in Bay City, Michigan, to Earl and Judy (Staudacher) Dubay.

Linda retired from Bay City Public Schools after 21 years. She found joy in many simple pleasures, including gardening, sewing, knitting, and attending craft shows. She also had a special fondness for the rabbits that would visit her home each morning, which she lovingly enjoyed feeding. Above all, Linda cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her sons and grandchildren.

Linda is survived by her beloved husband of 39 years, Jeffrey Piechowiak; her sons, Clayton (Ashley) Piechowiak and Hayden (Heather) Piechowiak; grandsons, James (Clayton and Ashley), Walter, and Calvin(Hayden and Heather); her parents, Earl and Judy Dubay; her sister, Jackie (Dubay) Hill; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to her loving family, Linda leaves behind many cherished memories that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Glenn Dubay and Brian Dubay.

A Private Graveside service will take place at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at Floral Gardens Cemetery for family and close friends. The family requests that no cards or flowers be sent.
